On 14th September, Priscila Rodríguez Rodríguez defended his Phd Thesis entitled "Genetic conservation of three endangered canarian endemics plant : Bethencourtia spp., Sambucus palmensis and Viola cheiranthifolia" under the direction of the Professor D. Pedro Sosa Henríquez.
The PhD committee composed of Professor Pedro Luis Pérez de Paz (University of La Laguna), José Ramón Arévalo (University of La Laguna) y Miguel Segueira (University of Madeira) awarded the distinction "cum laude" unanimously and International Phd mention, for his defense also in English.
