MAY 2017. The Environmental Chemical Analysis Division (AQMA) has published a scientific research on the presence of pharmacological residues in wastewater

The recent publication in the journal Science of the Total Environment by researchers from the Environmental Chemical Analysis division (AQMA): "Occurrence and environmental impact of pharmaceutical residues from conventional and natural wastewater treatment plants in Gran Canaria (Spain)", which focuses on the detection of pharmacological residues and the level of their concentrations in wastewater. The study was carried out in two wastewater treatment plants in Gran Canaria.
